An exquisitely moist cake that pairs premium green tea from Kyoto with yummy Adzuki beans.

Fresh and finger-licking luscious cream tops the cake, which could be decorated all to your liking with fresh fruits and gooseberries, or whatever that takes your fancy.

French Chocolate Cake with Brandy

Ever wonder why the French men are impeccably lean and the French women beautifully slim, despite the vast array of desserts they have? They eat chocolate cake for crying out loud!

A delicious, decadent, delectable and delightful dessert - everything a dense dessert was meant to be! Made with pure dark chocolate and moistened with unadulterated brandy (orange-flavored liqueur can be used too), this classically slim cake is smooth and irresistable. We only use 15 grams of flour, and this has got to be the world's lowest cabo (of 26 grams) in a cake!

Slide the cake on to a plate and serve with ice-cream, whipped or sour cream. Ohhh...the cake simply melts in your mouth and sends you to heaven!

Totally Luscious Chocolate Cake

Our signature chocolate cake that makes us go hmmmmm....!

2-layers of dense, moist and very chocolate-y cake that are sandwiched with a thick layer of organic cranberry jam. Overflowing chocolate ganache tops the cake!

For the alcoholics in us, the cake can be spread with lip smacking kumquat jam and wickedly topped with a heavy-hand of orange-infused liquor chocolate ganache.

Alternatively, sandwich the 2 layers of cake with an oozing chocolate ganache, and cover the whole cake in Bailey Irish Cream frosting! You decide.

Someone actually said the Totally Luscious Chocolate Cake with its thick chocolate ganache is way better than sex! You be the judge of that, but we rather have both cake and sex.

Raspberry Red Velvet Cake

This cake was reportedly served at one of the Golden Globes' dinners!

For the star in you, this smooth as silk red cake is recreated here with unsweetened cocoa and buttermilk, and generously spread with quality (or organic, if available) raspberry jam in between. Finally, the luscious cake is nicely complemented with cream cheese frosting - we would suggest a generous dusting of dessicated coconut! Good ol' raspberry cream would make an excellent frosting too.
