Notice Period
* 5 days’ notice lead time is suggested for all orders, and this is especially so for customised cakes with bespoke decorations.
* For large orders (i.e. more than 100 cupcakes or 5 cakes for same day collection/delivery), 1 to 2 weeks' notice is recommended to avoid disappointment.
* Nonetheless, we would try our utmost to accommodate and take your orders, even if it is a 'next day' order or an 'urgent' order.
* If in doubt, just call and ask if you could place an order.
Order Confirmation
* For all orders, you should get a return email confirmation within 48 hours.
* If you do not hear from us by then, please call us (this is especially so for email orders).
* Please take some time to review your order confirmation and ensure that the details therein are exactly what you want. Please help us to do this so that we can ensure your satisfaction!
Charges and Payment Terms
* We reserve the right to change pricing indicated here without notice.
* Additional charges may apply for bespoke cakes, special decorations and/or boxes, urgent orders or orders for collection/delivery on public holidays. Please ask Baker Ben when ordering. 
* Standard cupcake stands are available for rental for parties and events @ $20 a day. Customised cupcake stands are also available upon request and would attract different charges. Please ask Baker Ben when ordering. Terms and conditions would apply for such rental(s).
* Cash payment upon email confirmation would be most appreciated.
* Please make cash payment soonest possible and this can be facilitated via Internet banking transfer or ATM transfer. Please note that Internet bank transfers from DBS Bank or POSB Bank would be effected immediately, while other banks would take 2 business days. You may wish to note this (time lag, if any)while making payment for your orders.
* All orders would be processed upon receipt of your payment. Thank your for for kind understanding.
Packaging
* All cakes are specially packed in white boxes and nicely decorated in various satin or velvet ribbons.
* Decorative boxes in various sizes, or special containers and packaging, are also available upon request.
Collection and Delivery
* Cakes can be collected at 28 Tomlinson Road (between Four Seasons Hotel/Four Seasons Park and Camden Medical Center - just behind Orchard Road).
* Should you need your cakes to be delivered (from Mondays to Fridays from 10 am to 8 pm, Saturdays from 10 am to 6 pm and eve of public holidays from 10 am to 6 pm), a delivery charge of $25-$50 per location would be levied.
* For orders exceeding $200, the delivery charge may be waived. Please see 'Promotions'.
You may wish to note this
* Please note that some cakes may not be available as certain ingredients may not always be available. For the same reason, decorations may be subject to supply availability, and as such we cannot guarantee that cakes will be identically decorated as per this website. We will however endeavour to come as close as possible.
* If you would like to have your cupcakes and cakes customised, or you have special dietary requirements, please call Baker Ben and let's discuss. We would be more than happy to entertain enquiries and try our best to accommodate!
